In 2024, my husband and I co-founded Miller’s Mosquito Management LLC with a clear vision: to create a company that not only provided effective mosquito control but also delivered a marketing approach that was engaging, educational, and rooted in community. Leaving Mosquito Victory behind, we wanted to break away from the traditional, often impersonal, business models in the pest control industry and focus on building a brand that felt like a neighbor rather than just another service provider.
The Challenge: Rebranding an Industry
The mosquito control industry has always been plagued by generic marketing and a lack of transparency. Customers often felt disconnected from the service they were receiving, and there was little to no educational content available to help them understand the process, products, and results.
Our mission was clear: To redefine the customer experience through branding and marketing that centered around honesty, trust, and engagement. We wanted our brand to stand out, not just for its mosquito control services, but for its approach to creating meaningful connections with customers.
