Social Media Engagement
Our social media strategy was built around creating consistent, organic content designed to engage customers and educate them about the value of our services. We implemented a strategy where we posted monthly. Our main focusing is on educational tips, customer success stories, and updates about mosquito season. We don’t want to inundate customers with our brand, as we’re still growing and focused on quality, not quantity at this time.
While we ran one paid ad campaign in April, we quickly realized it wasn’t necessary to build our brand. Moving forward we deliberately avoided paid ads during our first year, focusing instead on building a genuine community of followers. This strategy helped grow our social media presence significantly, bringing in over 150 new followers in the first year alone.
