I’ve always been naturally curious. Some might say relentlessly so. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding how things work and figuring out how to make them better. In my early twenties, that curiosity led me through a variety of roles across very different industries, from technology repair to healthcare. No matter the setting, I thrived on problem-solving, improving systems, and bringing new ideas to the table.
That curiosity eventually led me to business and marketing. I earned my Associate’s degree in Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College and am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at SUNY Plattsburgh, with plans to graduate in Spring 2026. Over time, I realized my strongest work lives at the intersection of strategy, structure, and creativity.
In 2024, my husband and I launched our own company, Miller’s Mosquito Management LLC. Building a business from the ground up gave me firsthand insight into what small business owners actually need. Clear messaging. Strong foundations. And systems, especially websites, that support the business instead of adding more to the plate.
At Katrina Miller Creative, I focus primarily on website design and brand foundations for small businesses. I design clean, intentional websites that help businesses communicate clearly, build trust, and grow in a way that feels sustainable. My approach is calm, practical, and people-first, grounded in real-world experience rather than trends.
I believe good design should make your business easier to run, not more overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel confident in your online presence so you can focus on what you do best.
And through every stage of my career, one thing has remained true – I’m always learning.
