Since childhood, I’ve been naturally curious—some might say relentlessly so. In my early twenties, I worked multiple jobs across very different industries, from repairing cell phones to performing venipuncture in a hospital. I was a jack of all trades, but the common thread in everything I did was my love for problem-solving and bringing new ideas to the table. Whether it was implementing better software for lab patients or dissecting a new device to expand services at the repair shop, I thrived on learning and innovation.
In 2019, I earned my Associate’s degree in Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College and later began pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration at SUNY Plattsburgh, where I am on track to graduate in Spring 2026. Over time, I realized my true passion lay in marketing and branding—developing strategies, refining customer interactions, and building consistent, engaging brand experiences.
In 2024, my husband and I took the leap and started our own company, Miller’s Mosquito Management LLC. Alongside running the business, I continue to strengthen my marketing skills through both academic and professional experiences, with a focus on branding, customer engagement, and strategic communications.
Through every stage of my career, my enthusiasm for creativity and innovation has only grown. I love crafting compelling brand identities, refining customer experiences, and developing strategies that drive results.
And through it all, one thing remains true—I’m always learning.
