I’ve always been naturally curious. Some might say relentlessly so. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding how things work and figuring out how to make them better. In my early twenties, that curiosity led me through a variety of roles across very different industries, from technology repair to healthcare. No matter the setting, I thrived on problem-solving, improving systems, and bringing new ideas to the table.

That passion eventually led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems from SUNY Plattsburgh. My education strengthened what experience had already taught me: the best business solutions happen where strategy, technology, and thoughtful design intersect.

In 2024, my business partner and I launched Miller's Mosquito Management LLC. Building and scaling a service business from the ground up gave me firsthand experience with everything from operations and customer experience to marketing, financial management, and process improvement. It also reinforced something I had seen throughout my career: small businesses don't just need beautiful websites, they need systems that support the way they work.

Today, through Katrina Miller Creative, I help businesses build a stronger digital foundation through website design, business systems, and operational strategy. Whether I'm designing a website, improving workflows, or streamlining customer experiences, my goal is always the same: create practical solutions that save time, build trust, and help businesses grow with confidence.

I believe great design isn't just about appearance, it's about solving problems. The best websites and systems are intuitive, purposeful, and make running a business feel simpler instead of more overwhelming.

And through every stage of my career, one thing has remained true – I’m always learning.
