My next focus was enhancing customer education and refining our marketing strategy. One of the biggest challenges was customer retention, due to Department of Environmental Conservation regulations, we needed to re-engage customers annually to bring them back for service. This required a strategic, ongoing approach to communication.

To address this, I developed a comprehensive email marketing and customer education plan, creating a library of adaptable copy that could be used for both new and returning customers. The goal was to keep messaging consistent, informative, and engaging while simplifying the renewal process. Beyond digital content, I also authored the talk tracks for our customer service representatives, ensuring they could effectively communicate our services, educate customers about mosquito management, and address common concerns with confidence.

Additionally, I played a key role in shaping the messaging on Mosquito Victory’s website and marketing materials. While the copy may have evolved since my departure in 2023, the foundation I built helped establish a clear, customer-focused voice for the company’s brand.
