My first task at Mosquito Victory was to modernize their marketing by establishing a social media presence. Initially, the company’s owners were hesitant, as pesticide use is a highly debated topic, and they were cautious about public perception. In 2018, we developed a strategy to grow their online presence organically, relying almost solely on engaging, informative content rather than paid ads. Through consistent posting and audience engagement, we increased their following from just 10 likes to over 1,000 followers. For a company with approximately 2,000 customers, this was a significant leap in brand visibility and customer connection.
